We are thinking seriously about revising our weekly newsletter format/content because we know it has gotten lengthier in recent months (plus, we include entire articles, which doesn't help) and our open rates are declining. I am trying to advocate the "teaser" approach that links back to the full story on our Web site, but since this content is for members only, they would have to log in to view the full story (at least for the first story).....and this could be a huge turn-off. We areI would love to know if anyone has ever done this (implement story teasers with login) with positive results or have other solutions that might work for this type of situation?</description>
