Tim Barton
Sales & Marketing

TimTim Barton joined Blue Sky Factory in April of 2004, making him a veteran on our growing team! Tim joined up with Greg at Blue Sky after selling his Health Care Management firm, where he focused on strategic growth, acquisitions and the growing convergence of offline and online marketing strategy. His company grew to $50 million in annual sales.

Tim holds the Company record for longest commute, shuttling in from Boston Monday thru Friday. The daily Flights give Tim plenty of time to read the 2000 emails/day he thinks he receives. Truth is Tim resides in the Boston area where he runs the New England office, and journeys to Baltimore often…. but not everyday.

Tim spends his time away from work with his wife and two children, and enjoys competitive badminton (yes, it’s a real sport), skiing and tennis.

Born and raised in Baltimore, Noah’s very excited to join the Blue Sky Factory team and to be working in Federal Hill.

When not sitting in front of a computer at Blue Sky Factory, he enjoys sitting in front of a computer at home, eagerly anticipating the release of Star Craft 2 while recovering from his World of Warcraft addiction.

JoannaJoanna joined our Account Management team in the summer of 2006. After graduating from the University of Maryland at College Park (Go Terps!) with a B.S. in Marketing, Joanna tested her skills for several years selling new homes for a national homebuilder. Joanna witnessed first-hand the recent, dramatic change in the housing market and she supported many customers as they adjusted to the rapidly shifting environment.

In her free time, Joanna enjoys being outside, whether hiking in one of Maryland’s many National Parks or playing softball and kickball with friends in Baltimore. She also loves to travel, and has lived in various places around the world including England (her homeland), Switzerland, California and Singapore. Alicia Patterson

AliciaAlicia is the newest member to the Blue Sky Factory team (Noah is happy he is not the new guy anymore!) Alicia graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s University in May 2007 with a BA in Communication Studies. She travels home to see her family and friends in Montgomery County, Maryland when she finds the time.

Ken Pfeiffer
Technology

KenKen brings with him over 15 years experience in designing and developing enterprise class applications. Ken’s one of those weird people that enjoys bare metal tuning of various database engines, and gets excited when he finds a new twist to an algorithm that will save a couple of CPU cycles.

Ken holds the official record for the longest commute. He recently purchased a new home in White Hall where he lives with his wife (Lisa), 21 month old son (Hunter) and 2 black labs. When he’s not engrossed in the world of 1s and 0s you can find him spending time with the family or fishing and hunting.

Jennifer Schuerholz
Sales Support

KennyJennifer is joining the Blue Sky Factory team to help grow the sales department. Following her graduation from Loyola College in Maryland with a BA in Advertising and PR, she first tested her sales skills as a retail manager for a local clothing boutique. After realizing that her passion for fashion was putting a strain on her wallet she moved on to work in the sales department of a nationally recognized technology solutions company. Her background in sales along with her education and understanding of the Advertising and Marketing industries should prove to be very beneficial to the growing BSF team!

As a Baltimore native Jennifer is a devoted Ravens fanatic and never misses a game. Besides being a spectator, she is also involved in sports herself, playing football, softball and shuffleboard with her friends in the SOBO social leagues. She has recently picked up an interest in photography as well, with her best subjects being dogs and flowers. She has the second shortest commute in the company (Greg beat her out by only a hundred feet or so), living only a few blocks from the office in the ever changing neighborhood of Federal Hill.

Melanie Sims

She also enjoys running, biking, and doing anything that involves being outside in warm weather. Melanie recently moved to Baltimore City and is enjoying her new role as a city girl!

Ilija Stevcev
Technology

IlijaIlija is the newest member to join the technology team! He graduated from UMBC with a B.S. in Computer Science and at 24, is one of the youngest members of the team. Ilija has no qualms about digging into thousands of lines of code to do his dirty work.

When he’s not busy busting out some serious hacks, he’s putting together the perfect beat for that disco cover of Stairway to Heaven (quite possibly the worst thing anyone has ever heard). When he’s not making musical abominations, you might find Ilija talking very loudly in the corner of a dark bar.
